Reglan Problems

Reglan is a serious prescription drug designed to alleviate the side effects of nausea and vomiting caused by certain conditions such as pregnancy, and gastrointestinal ailments like acid reflux. Comprised of the antiemetic medication metoclopramide, Reglan may cause problems for patients.

Reglan is most commonly associated with the movement disorder, tardive dyskinesia, a condition characterized by symptoms that include involuntary movements, including twitches and spasms of the limbs and face. Reglan and Infants
