A man living in New York faces 55 years in federal prison after being indicted for violating the federal Clean Air law. This is second time Paul Mancuso was indicted for illegal asbestos removal.

Mancuso was first convicted in 2003 for illegal asbestos removal and disposal and again the following year for insurance fraud. As part of the court order, Mancuso was banned from involvement in any type of asbestos abatement work and was ordered not to associate with any business person engaging in illegal actions.
His newest indictment, however, is based on allegations that he continued to engage in the same type of business, using other people names. During this time, reports state that he and his father continued their involvement in asbestos removal projects and, as a result, exposed members of the community to asbestos.
