A woman living in Illinois filed a personal injury lawsuit against a St. Clair County Moto Mart claiming she sustained serious injuries in a slip and fall accident while shopping at the store. • Did not post adequate “wet floor” warning signs

• Failed to provide a safe entrance and exit to the store

Plaintiff Seeks Financial Compensation for Losses

Hershberger seeks sums in excess of $50,000 for her physical, emotional and financial damages. She filed the personal injury lawsuit against Moto Mart Nov. 12 in St. Clair Circuit Court.
