The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced IKEA''s Fargglad multi-color children''s chair has been recalled. About 7,279 units have been sold with the article number 400.548.40 from IKEA stores from May 2003 through September 18, 2004. The recall was announced after the discovery that the red plastic feet can detach from the chair legs and create a choking hazard. So far, no injury reports have been made. The defective chair can be taken back to any IKEA store for a full refund.
