A man, suspected of being involved in the death of an FBI agent in Indianola, Pennsylvania is facing felony charges. According to reports, the FBI agent, Sam Hicks, was shot and killed while serving a warrant, Nov. 19.
According to police reports, the homeowner, who was arrested for possible involvement in the shooting, is among a group of 35 people charged in a 27-count drug-trafficking indictment. The indictment alleges the defendants conspired to traffic cocaine and crack, beginning October 2007.

Bush was accidentally shot and killed by another FBI agent while in pursuit of three bank robbers. The reports indicate, although the criminals were armed, none of them engaged in gunfire.
Hicks had served in Pittsburg since August 2007. Prior to his involvement with the FBI, Hicks worked for the Baltimore Police Department and, before that, was a school teacher.
