In July 2009, Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE: MDT) recalled specific lots of Quick-set ® infusion sets that are used with the MiniMed Paradign Insulin pumps because of a potential defect. Recalled sets included those with reference numbers MMT-396, MMT-397, MMT-398 and MMT-399 with lot numbers beginning with an “8.”
If you or someone you love has sustained serious injuries after receiving too much or too little insulin from a pump, you may qualify to seek and recover compensation for your injuries and losses.
